Processing & Handling
Every item at Gigi’s is custom-made. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, designed, and handcrafted before it is dispatched for shipping.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Calculated Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We partner with the following carriers to offer you the most accurate and reliable rates:

No Returns or Refunds
Because every item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you, all sales are final. At Gigi’s Custom Design Cups, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged Items & Claims
We take great care in packaging your custom creations, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

File a Claim: All damage claims must be handled through the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) first.

Notification: Once you have initiated a claim with the carrier, please contact us with your claim number and photos of the damage.

Remakes: No items will be remade or replaced until the shipping company has processed the claim and a resolution has been provided.
