No Returns or Refunds
At Gigi’s Custom Design Cups, every item is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged or Missing Items (Claims)
We take great care in packaging your custom creations; however, we understand that mishaps can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

File a Claim: All damage claims must be handled through the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) first.

Notification: Once you have initiated a claim with the carrier, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your claim number and photos of the damage.

Remakes: No items will be remade or replaced until the shipping company has processed the claim and provided a resolution.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all spelling, colors, and design choices before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
